SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Bellaspid! As we operate under a direct manufacturer-to-consumer shipping model (Dropshipping), our goal is to provide secure and trackable shipping. Please read our shipping conditions carefully below:
1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Processing Time: Once your payment is confirmed, your order undergoes sorting, packaging, and dispatch, which takes 2 to 5 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery timeframe for the United Kingdom and major international destinations is 7 to 15 business days after the product has been dispatched.
  • Note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, postal strikes, or peak demand periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas).
2. Tracking Code
  • All orders include a unique tracking number.
  • The tracking code will be automatically sent to your registered email address within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will be able to track your package directly on our website or through the official local postal service website (e.g., Royal Mail in the United Kingdom).
3. Customs Fees, Taxes, and Postal Clearance
  • As products are shipped from abroad, parcels are subject to customs inspections and potential import charges (such as VAT in the United Kingdom or local import taxes).
  • Any customs charges, clearance fees, or import duties applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
4. Incorrect Delivery Address or Non-Delivery
  • Data Responsibility: Bellaspid will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, please review your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
  • Delivery Attempts: The courier/postal service will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be held at your local delivery office for a limited time or returned to the sender. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or absence, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery.
